Accommodation Rules

Important Information for a Smooth Stay

• Upon presenting your identification documents and paying for your stay, you received a key to the room and the main entrance doors. On the last day of your stay, please return the keys and the room to the owner or an authorized person by 10 a.m. Before departure, restore the room to its original state.

• Entry to the building, specifically its residential part (the upper two floors), is prohibited for persons who are not accommodated here.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire premises. Smoking is only allowed outside in the garden. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

• Do not use your own electrical appliances in the rooms, except for electrical appliances used for personal hygiene (shavers, massage devices, hair dryers, etc.).

• Observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Even outside these hours, do not disturb other guests or neighbors with excessive noise. Sitting is possible by arrangement in the pub or common room.

• Maintain cleanliness and order, including in the garden and around the fireplace.

• The premises are equipped with fire extinguishing equipment and are subject to fire regulations.

• Ensure the safety of people and property. You are obliged to pay for any damages caused to the equipment in full.

• Dogs can be accommodated in the cottage provided the owner proves their good health. The price for accommodating animals is charged according to the current price list.

• When leaving, close the windows (except for possible ventilation position), turn off the lights, turn off appliances (stove), lock the room, and at night after the pub and service are closed, lock the building.

• Be considerate of neighbors, do not enter their properties. You are free to move around our property.

• You are obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules. If you violate them, the operator has the right to withdraw from providing accommodation services.

Cancellation Fees
- more than 1 month before the start of the stay - no cancellation fee
- 8 - 30 days before the start of the stay - 50%
- a week before the start of the stay - 100%
